“Ellie worked with our 14 year old daughter who needed support to make sense of her complex feelings regarding a difficult relationship with her father.   Our daughter was extremely anxious about counselling, however the change in her mood and emotional regulation after just one session with Ellie was amazing.

Ellie offered our daughter a safe space to explore her feelings about her father, where she felt able to express herself without judgement. She felt that Ellie understood her and she enjoyed using different and creative ways to be able to express herself, in addition to talking. Our daughter was able use her time with Ellie to come to her own decisions and conclusions about her relationship with her father, and find some peace and acceptance with her choices.

We know that we may need Ellie’s help again in future and our daughter feels confident in freely accepting the need for counselling again should she need to. I would thoroughly recommend Ellie.
